Shhh...baby sleeping!

Over the past month M has turned into this little mouthy teenager and we are trying our hardest to stay on top of her manners.

Well recently she has been telling us to "shut up" when we are talking or trying to get her attention. We quickly jumped on that and explained to her that is not nice and you do not say that to mommy, daddy or anyone else. After many, many timeouts we think that she has gotten it.

Recenlty when we are talking and she wants us to stop or would love to chime in with "shut up", she will now say, "SHHHHHHH...baby sleeping!". The thing is A is not even sleeping most of the times that she says it, we do giggle and just tell her that the baby is not sleeping.

WELL.....she has out done herself now.....NOW when she wants us to stop talking she will mouth "shut up", which still gets her in time out but she is also telling us to "SHHHHHHHHHHH".

For example: I was asking her what she would like to eat for dinner one night and was naming out something and with her hands in the air she tells me, "Stop talking mamma!".

I think M has had it with us talking, but the thing is, we are her parents and we will NEVER stop talking to her! :-)
