We have some friends who are either pregnant or just had babies, so we have been talking alot about babies. Tonight at dinner, M questioned for the first time who's tummy she was in.
M - "I was in your tummy mommy"
Me - "No baby you were in A's tummy and than she loved you so much that she gave you to mommy & daddy"
M - "And you held me at the hospital and that was nice of A"
Gosh, I wanted to cry.....she gets that it was "nice" of A to place her with us! Goodness if she only knew how we feel for A and could never thank her enough for the greatest gift that we have ever gotten!!!
